When the Path Doesn’t Matter

Cat: Where are you going?

Alice: Which way should I go?

Cat: That depends on where you are going.

Alice: I don’t know.

Cat: Then it doesn’t matter which way you go.

Lewis Carroll,  Alice in Wonderland

Without vision, direction, and a deep sense purpose - it doesn’t very  much matter what you do every day.

Important and unimportant are undefined, irregular, and random. Netflix is of equal value with composing a sonnet or eating a sandwich.

It just doesn’t matter.

With a clear vision, focussed direction, and a deep sense of purpose daily minutia stops being mundane. You secure the ability to sort, organize, and prioritize.

Vision is figuring out where you’re going.

When the destination is clear, it’s much easier to discover a path for getting there.
